DeVos Releases Plan...challenging Granholm's record

Dick DeVos is meeting today with editorial boards around the state and laying out his 65 page plan on how to revitalize Michigan.  It includes 4 broad missions that include 165 action ideas.

DeVos vs Granholm....plan vs record...hope vs despair...jobs vs single state recession.
